Wheat prices were higher on the grain market on Monday as other commodity items maintained the overnight levels, dealers said.

On the cereals side, wheat Mexipak old type quoted higher at Rs 1135-1140 and new type also followed suit at Rs 1145-1150 in process of hectic .

On the seed side, cottonseed oilcake with bag shed Rs 10 to Rs 450-460 due to less demand by the buyers, they added.
